Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused irrigation components in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, timers, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
